Western Region Demountable Outside Sales
Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Demount Outside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team at Stellar Industries and cover the Western Territory. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining current distributor relationships, and achieving sales targets within an assigned territory selling the demountable product line. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of success in sales.
• Western Territory includes – Washington, Montana, Idaho, Oregon, Utah, Nevada, California, Arizona, New Mexico.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Conduct in-person sales presentations and product demonstrations at client locations
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM system
• Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management
• Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and product developments
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events
Preferred Qualifications and Education
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 4+ years of successful outside sales experience, preferably in our industry
• Proven track record of meetings or exceeding sales quotas
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suit
Preferred Skills and Experience
• Experience with consultative selling approaches
• Knowledge of our industry and product offerings
• History of developing and maintaining long-term client relationships
• Familiarity with sales methodologies and techniques
• Ensure all compliance aspects of position are known and followed; understand and comply with all policies, codes and regulations applicable to position and company.
• Attend work on a regular basis and support the company’s employee policies and procedures, including workplace safety rules.
• Maintain the professional competence, knowledge and skills to effectively complete responsibilities; enhance job knowledge and abilities by taking personal responsibility for professional development and training.
Work Environment
• Field-based position requiring frequent travel within assigned territory (approximately 50 of time)
• Some evening and weekend work may be required for client meetings or events

• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and able to obtain a CDL
