NTEA Work Truck Week 2025 brought together huge crowds with a record number of industry leaders, professionals and innovators exploring the latest advancements in work truck technology. Stellar was proud to be a part of this premier event, showcasing cutting-edge solutions that support efficiency, durability and customer success — including the new 2025 TMAX™ Aluminum Mechanic Truck, new 2025 Hybrid Power Source (HPS), NXT18 Hooklift and Single-Axle Lube Truck.  

A Proud History with NTEA

This year, Stellar celebrates its 35th anniversary, reinforcing our ongoing commitment to innovation, American manufacturing and industry leadership. Stellar opened for business in 1990 and immediately joined NTEA. Throughout the decades since, members from Stellar have served on the NTEA board, and Stellar has always viewed Work Truck Week as an essential event. As part of this commitment, Vice President of Sales and Marketing Tim Davison continues to serve on the NTEA Board, ensuring Stellar remains engaged with the work truck community and its evolving needs.

NEW 2025 TMAX Aluminum Mechanic Truck

Work Truck Week attendees were especially interested in the new TMAX 1-11 on display. Designed for demanding jobsite conditions, this next-generation mechanic truck features infinite shelving possibilities with an all-new mounting rail system, allowing users to customize storage configurations for maximum efficiency. The streamlined design enhances structural integrity, improving both durability and longevity in rugged environments. Technicians also appreciated the improved wiring access, featuring pass-through slots for easier electrical maintenance and modifications. With a focus on productivity, reliability and ease of use, the 2025 TMAX is built to handle more work with less downtime.

These evolutions apply to the TMAX 16K, TMAX 30K, TMAX 1, TMAX 2 and TMAX 3 Aluminum Mechanic Trucks, ensuring enhanced performance across the entire lineup.

NEW 2025 Hybrid Power Source (HPS)

Visitors at the work truck show were also eager to check out the new 2025 HPS. This cutting-edge system is built to help fleets reduce environmental impact while maintaining top performance. Featuring modular battery options, the HPS allows users to customize their power needs, making it adaptable for a wide range of applications. Attendees were especially interested in its compatibility with both internal combustion engine (ICE) and electric vehicle (EV) chassis, providing a flexible, future-ready power solution. With its lightweight, space-saving design, installation and upfitting are seamless, offering greater adaptability without sacrificing power.

• NXT18 Hooklift — Designed for versatility and efficiency, this 18,000-lb-capacity hooklift features in-cab controls for precise handling and a best-in-class 7.5″ lost load height, enabling seamless body transitions and improved operational performance.

• Single-Axle Lube Trucks — New to Stellar since the acquisition of Elliott! These trucks bring preventive maintenance directly to the jobsite, ensuring faster service and less downtime. The single-axle lube units offer dedicated systems for new oil, used oil, antifreeze and grease, making them a comprehensive solution for fleet maintenance. Available in both open and enclosed body styles, they are designed for both highway and off-road applications.
