ISRI 2024 brings together industry leaders, experts and innovators from around the world to discuss the latest trends, technologies and challenges in the recycling sector. Among the highlights of Stellar’s exhibit is the NXT52 Hooklift, a game-changing innovation designed to meet the evolving needs of material handling in the scrap and recycling industry. The Stellar^® NXT52 Hooklift combines high capacity with an industry-leading below-grade hook bar approach, offering unparalleled efficiency and performance. With a best-in-class 10.5″ lost load height and a powerful 52,000-lb capacity, the NXT52 Hooklift is capable of handling 16′ – 22′ bodies for 174″ – 214″ CT chassis. Its bolt-on body lock system provides maximum compatibility and flexibility, making it the ideal choice for a wide range of applications.

Furthermore, Stellar is proud to announce a new, innovative control system for its hooklifts, an electronic joystick control. The new controller will feature a single joystick to control all functions of the hooklift, while prioritizing ergonomics for ease of use. The controller will be mounted to an adjustable base so it can be tailored for the comfort of each operator. This option will be available on the NXT52, at this time, with plans to roll out on additional large Stellar Hooklifts in the future.
