1184 Mini OTR Tire Service Trucks

1184 Service Body Features:

• 13′ or 15′ long all aluminum body is lightweight and dependable to maximize the payload.

• Tool compartments with user-friendly storage: 1184-13 features 52 cubic feet of storage, while the 1184-15 features additional horizontal boxes over the left tires.

1184-13 OTR Tire Service Truck:

• 13′ body features an abundance of storage and 238 cubic feet of haul space.
• Also featured on the 1184-13 body is a left fold-down rack, and optional wheel well lights and a 1,600-lb liftgate.
• The crane will handle up to a 4,000-lb OTR tire as well as large agricultural tires. This package provides 4,000 lbs of payload to haul approximately 22 truck tires or up to two 29.5″ x 29″ OTR tires.

1184-15 OTR Tire Service Truck:

• The 15′ body features an abundance of storage and 272 cubic feet of haul space.
• The 1184-15 is designed to fit a 26,000 GVW and larger chassis with a minimum of 144″ CA.
• Also featured is a left fold-down rack, and standard wheel well lights.
• The body of the 1184-15 features a drop-down floor to give a low center of gravity for the optional 400-gal calcium chloride tank.

Cranes

The 1184-13 mini OTR truck can be equipped with either a model 3200 or 4500 hydraulic knuckle boom crane, and the 1184-15 OTR truck can be equipped with either a model 3200, 4500 or 6000 hydraulic knuckle boom crane.

These cranes are designed to handle the largest of farm tires and the smaller sized OTR tires. The cranes are operated by a standard fully proportional radio remote control.

The 46P hydraulic-drive air compressor is mounted on the crane base. This compressor has a 46 cfm at 175 psi output. The location allows for cool, clean, fresh air intake and easy maintenance and serviceability.
