1184 Ag Tire Service Truck

Service Body Features:

• The body of the 1184 features a drop-down floor to give a low center of gravity for the 400-gallon fluid tank. This allows for maximum storage of the tank, provides maximum hauling space for the tires and eliminates any interference with the crane.

1184-13 Ag Tire Service Truck:

• 13′ body features an abundance of storage and 253 cubic feet of haul space.
• Designed to fit a 19,500 – 26,000 GVW and larger chassis with a minimum of 108″ CA (cab-to-axle) measurement.
• Also featured on the 1184-13 are a left fold-down rack and standard LED wheel well lights.

1184-15 Ag Tire Service Truck:

• The combination of a larger service body, tire handling crane, tire loading liftgate and a large hydraulic-driven air compressor, makes the 1184-15 a very versatile and productive service unit.
• The 1184-15 is designed to fit a 26,000 GVW and larger chassis with a minimum of 144″ CA (cab-to-axle) measurement.
• The 15′ body features an abundance of storage and 272 cubic feet of haul space.
• Also featured are a left fold-down rack and standard wheel well lights.

The 1184 Ag Service Trucks can be equipped with either a model 3200, 4500 or 6000 tire service crane. These cranes are designed from the ground up to handle the largest of farm tires and the smaller-sized OTR tires. The cranes are operated by a standard fully proportional radio remote control. Optional accessories include: 3/8″ x 50′ and 1/2″ x 50′ hose reels, plastic storage bins and socket racks.

The 46P hydraulic-drive air compressor is mounted on the crane base with a hydraulic cooler. This compressor has a 46 cfm at 175 psi output. The location allows for cool, clean, fresh air intake and easy maintenance and serviceability.
